The famous and saintly Satmar Rebbe Reb Yoel Teitelbaum ztl (whom himself was prisoner in Bergen-Belsen camp during the WWII) was once asked where in the world can one go to pray at the graves of holy people and be assured to have ones prayers answered; he replied "go to Auschwitz and Birkenau" where over 1.5 million holy Jewish souls were murdered for being jewish. In such a place one will feel the spiritual energy of their good souls and feel them coming close to help you change your life.

Everyone who visits Auschwitz and Birkenau has and continues to have an irreversibly life-changing experience; regrettably i never visited Auschwitz and Birkenau until May 2007, i only wish i had been there sooner in my life. For everyone whom has not visited and experienced i suggest you do - it has changed my attitude to life forever and i am sure that it will do the same for you.
