How to Find Ones New Changed Purpose in Life

In this chapter "Void Filling" and in the chapters of "Spiritual Teachers" and "Selfless Service" we will learn that as one has become spiritually enlightened and fully connected with ones mind, thoughts and soul to the enlightened eternal Divine spiritual world, then one loses any selfish desires or any individualistic identity that is associated with this materialistic physical world.

The 4th Level of ones Soul "Chaya - חיה"

This level of Spirituality where one acts as a channel to bring down spiritual life energy from the realms of the spirit world to his physical world is known as "Chaya - חיה " as is explained by Reb Chaim Vital in the Book of Reincarnation of Soul in the chapter "The Five Levels of Spiritual Souls Existence in our Physical Body"; it should be noted that it takes up to 7 years of spiritual molding to make it to this level of spirituality, nontheless everyone in the whole world has the potential and freewill choice to choose a spiritually enlightened life of "Chaya - חיה ".

The purpose of ones existence when one has arrived at this level of spiritual enlightenment is to bring down the spiritual light to enlighten this physical world; and to be flexible to allow oneself to be an instrument of spiritual service in this physical world, to wherever and whenever one is guided.

The Challenge of the 4th Level

The challenge of being on the 4th Level is to remain spiritually idealistic and TRUST in GOD that everything has a destined plan in ones life. During the "transitional void" whilst one is transforming it can be very testing and unsettled, as one may have feelings of wanting to "go back to the past"; the challenge is to TRUST in GOD; repeat the words "GOD will make a way for me where there seems to be no way".

& Life Changing Moments

Each person's destined life stages of change has doors that lead from one stage of life to another. As each door is closing, we must jump into a void to open the next door; the "void" is an extremely valuable time of molding our soul and character which is guarenteed to make us much wiser, stronger and happier. 

Unfortunately we as humans a impatient and usually try to open the next door either immediately after the previous one has been shut (or even before we have shut the previous door properly) through seemingly uncontrollable circumstances, like a job loss or relationship breakup. 

At times like this, we feel our world is falling apart, the challenge is to give yourself time to readjust and heal your soul; change your thinking and change your soul during a void. Our soul's goal is always SPIRITUAL GROWTH. So give your soul the chance to grow during the void; and don't rush events as one will only repeat past bad cycles if one's soul isn't really ready to open the spiritually enlightened door of the future.

Eventually things work out and we realize these were doors of opportunity and our current life is better than before.

"One Generations Leaves and a New Generation Arrives"

This is the way of the world; as one generation leaves this world another generation arrives, and in the middle of ones life usually the 35-50 year olds start to define the next generation as they take centre-stage. The years leading up to this age ones purpose is being prepared and known spiritually as "sleeping years".

So trust in GOD that even if it seems nothing is happening in ones life in the months of even years of "Void"; ones soul is being prepared for a specific purpose for which you came to earth to accomplish.

Being "Reborn" with a New Purposeful Life

Whilst Still Alive

Sefer Shinuyim teaches the concept of a "NEW LIFE" within this life, it could be a person has completed one section of lifes experiences and normally this would be a time to DIE, and pass over to spirit world as one has accomplished everything ones soul needed to do; however ones life can be extended and be "reborn" whilst still alive; having a completely new lease of life with a purposeful service to GOD and spirit world.

This next phase in life is usually diverse and unlike the 1st part of ones life; almost every facet of ones previous existence changes.

As an important note for our generation, we see that 1000's of people recover from "terminal illnesses", with a completely NEW character, a new outlook on love and an inner desire to live life with a sense of duty to SERVE and be of selfless service to mankind; this too is a rebirth and a "new life".

Spiritual & Physical - צימצום

The main difference between a spiritual and a physical lifestyle is the physical world is a limited space. Everything physical has a limitation. Whereas everything spiritual is infinite. The more spiritual the more space it occupies and the bigger it is; whereas the more physical the more limited it contracts into. This contraction of the infinitely spiritual into something physical is known as Tzimtzum צימצום .

Being spiritually minded and realistic we need to learn to control the amount of צימצום contraction that we make from infinite spiritual thoughts into something physical. Othewise we will find ourselves living completely in a Spiritual world with no consideration for this physical world or we will find ourselves pretending to be "spiritual" and being completely physical world orientated.

The Spiritual Way Offers Infinite Possibilities אין סוף

Once a person has chosen the enlightened spiritual pathway one should start to think in terms of INFINITY; now that one is connected to an infinite spiritual world so too one should be thinking in terms of INFINITE POSSIBILITIES with ones life.

The easiest way to accustom ones mind into thinking of spiritual feelings of אין סוף infinity is to think of the vastness of this universe; consider for a moment the millions of miles between each of the planets in our solar system, the vastness of the space in between and then consider the enormity of the whole universe with the infinite number of stars in space at the edge of our Universe.

As soon as one thinks of the enormity of the universe one immediately forgets about the smallness of ones life. This is because ones mind is thinking vastness of אין סוף infinity and it is impossible to suddenly contract ones mind to thinking "small"; this method of "thinking big" now enables one to think "big" spiritually; to contemplate the millions of souls living one this planet and the multitude of Spiritual Angels that are looking after all of us.

Thinking and focusing on אין סוף infinity enables ones soul to "open up" spiritually to think of infinite number of possibilities that one can do with ones life.

Light a Candle and Ask for Guidance

Sefer Shinuyim - The Book of Changes, explains that whenever one senses or knows one is going to be faced with difficulties, challenges, decisions to make, and needs spiritual guidance then all one needs to do is light a candle, and ask for spiritual guidance from ones Guardian Angels.

Find Your Own Purpose in Life - The Possibilities are Infinite

The temporary Voids in our lives as we transform, will guide us to find the perfect purpose in our lives whilst living a spiritually and physically balanced life. Each individual will be guided uniquely by destined events in their life and by their own Guardian Angels to find their own spiritually enlightened pathway.

The main goal to focus upon is that we are all living in this physical life for a spiritual purpose for our soul; and their is a much bigger infinite picture beyond this limited physical world.

Then ones soul will shine and radiate like the stars in the sky and fulfill the prophecy of Daniel by guiding many people to the pathway of spiritual enlightenment.
