By reciting the following 10 Psalms each and every day Rabbi Nachman of Breslov (whose yarzheit is 18th Tishrei) assures that ones soul will find one being guided on ones true destined pathway without being interferred with by "other people", negative influences of Klipos קליפות .
In our lives, our "destiny" can be ruined or side-tracked by other peoples bad influences. By reciting the following 10 Psalms will assure EVERYONE that one will have ones destined life and not be negatively influence or side-tracked by anyone.

I assure you from my own experiences and having heard from 1000's of jewish people all over the world that by reciting these psalms one will feel a reassurance and within a few days will have a change of mind, thoughts and attitude, thereby enabling detachment from ones present circumstances and enabling one to see things clearly to make the changes to occur in ones life easily.
If one is dependant upon someone else changing their attitude towards you and spiritual attitude to life, then by saying these psalms one will either find they have situations in their life that forces them to make the changes in their life to be part of your life OR they will be horrible to you without any logical reason and thereby forcing a detachment from your life and likewise you will be able to detach yourself from them.
The essence of TIKUN KLALI is that one is looking for ones true destined pathway, asking for guidance to be in the right place with the right destined soulmate, livlihood and true purpose in life.
