The traditional hebrew term for making love is חיבור ונישוק , meaning "connection and kissing" . This is to stress that importance of sexual good behaviour following a spiritual way of life, is connecting the "NEFESH" part of ones body & soul and the "RUACH" part of ones body & soul ( see "THE SOUL" page for explanation) . Many people say, what one does in bed is ones own choice . However, the wrong sexual behaviour has an affect on ones soul, conversely following the correct sexual way enhances a loving relationship, making it long lasting and stable with a physical and spiritual vitality .

Introduction - The levels of the soul contained in the physical body

1. Nefesh ( earthly soul ) נפש , the most physical of spiritual energy, opens and connects through the sexual organs ( a mans penis and women vagina) .

2. Ruach ( Spirit in breathing animal / human ) רוּח , the spiritual energy contained in the breathe of life . Our speech is a reflection of our Spirit "RUACH" . Kissing with ones lips and mouth connects the two spirits of people .

3. Neshama ( Soul ) נשמה , all our minds higher thoughts and energies we use with concentration . The heightened energised state of sexual orgasm connects ones NESHAMA - soul at the highest level .

1. The spiritually correct way for "making love"

Simple ! A man on top of a woman facing each other, lying down in a bed, with his erect penis inside a woman's vagina ONLY .

2. Connecting all the levels of the souls .

Whilst making love, the man and the woman, kiss each other to connect the breath of life the "RUACH - SPIRIT" of the souls with their mouths, whilst their sexual organs are connecting their bodies as a wholesome "NEFESH - BODY" . As both come to heightened energy of orgasm then their souls "NESHOMA" unite on the highest level possible . Which is the recipe for making love and for bringing down a new spirit soul of a child .

According to the ARI and Reb Chaim Vital, every time one makes love correctly an angel is created ( even if a child is not conceived ), to enhance their lives spiritually and successfully .

Many people will tell, that they have amazing good mazel & success, especially when they "make love" properly the night before . A sign that a person is not acting correctly is that they have failure in their life, as a sign they are "wasting" or destroying a creative energy from their acts of sexual behaviour .

Staying inside a woman and connecting sexually for as long as possible, both physically and spiritually is the purpose of the act of making love .Staying inside and moving slowly with LOVE, and NOT in a hurried state of aggression and panic, but with good thoughts and self- control Will connect the two souls together with a divine creative love energy .

3. The Wrong way - Short circuits all the levels of the soul

Before we do explain, we should say that way to correct any wrong behaviour is to STOP the wrong, simply by immediately stopping the wrong acts cleanses and heals the soul.

In our generation their have been many instances of wrong behaviour, which all the Rabbonim and Rebbes find unbelievable. Therefore, we make mention of these wrongs and explain spiritually the damage to the soul.

For a woman to touch the mans penis, with her hand or with her mouth will damage BOTH their souls. As spiritually this act connects the SPIRIT "breath" of one person with the NEFESH of another, this lowers the level of the SPIRIT - RUACH to a NEFESH .

For anyone to have "anal sex" like homosexuals, which the Talmud in Kiddushin 82a (the text is reproduced above) explains that truly elevated spiritual souls and JEWISH souls will never have, implying that anyone who acts homosexually is NOT a "spiritual" Jewish soul. The very next section of the talmud talks about success in life, connecting the fact that when one behaves morally correct one has true and lasting success.

Their act of "anal sex" means, that the mans physical sexual organ representing the souls energy of creation and life is connecting with the most destructive energy a human can create - excrement, disgusting and vile deadly energy.

The act of "anal" activity connects the soul "NEFESH" directly with DEATH . Once a person has been in direct contact with this death energy, their soul level of NEFESH is dead, and anyone they connect with, they will kill with their "death" energy. This is according to the Medrash YALKUT SHIMONI on the story of "Sodom and Gemorra" in the Torah - bible, hence the whole city of SODOM was destroyed as it lacked any LIFE energy . This also explains the dis...ease of hiv spiritually .

"Coming outside" to avoid pregnancy etc ...or wearing a condom or any other perversion of women touching the mans genitals ....WILL CORRUPT and short circuit THE SOUL. This is because at the moment of heightened state of orgasm the soul "NESHOMA" is connecting, if there is a blockage by way of condom. or the penis is removed to disconnect, the spiritual energy of their souls have no way of connecting, so it actually creates a destructive energy .

Similarly wasting "seed" in masturbation, this act brings ones soul to heightened level of spiritual consciousness and orgasm, but has no one to connect the sexual spiritual energy, and is wasted . The ARI and Reb Chaim Vital, quotes the ZOHAR that the destructive energy created in masturbation, causes a destructive energy that hangs around a person for a whole day until sunset the following day.

If a single person feels overwhelmingly sexual energy, then they should learn self control and focus this energy into prayers for finding their true soulmate ( see the "destiny" page ) instead of wasting this potentially strong good energy in a self - destructive act .

The RAMBAM is quoted as permitting masturbation ONCE every two weeks, to let flow the "seed" that the body has produced, in order to keep the body healthy, in continual flow replacing old with new, but never using ones hands. (The Sefer Reishis Chachma says one who uses ones hands in this destructive act will have the creative use of their hands lowered into tasks of manual labour instead of refined intellectual tasks such as writing or the gift of healing, etc.,). However, in a married relationship it's forbidden - as there is no need as the maximum separation time of "menstrual bleeding" is 12 days . From "modern day" doctors inform us that adults who eat excessively yeast products, eggs, meat and fish will need "once a week" as the body produces excessive seed from these foods, (we only quote the medical advice as a reference).

The Sefer Kav VeYosher - explains that a womans body a certain times, becomes hot and sexually aroused, and can even "let themselves go" - masturbate in public places. According to Kav veYosher, this releases an energy but it also affects sensitive people in the vicinity. The book asks and pleads with women to control themselves especially in public places. He understands that women have sexual needs and desires, more than men, as their sexual desires are given by GOD in order to help continue the human race, desiring children is a GOD-given natural gift for all normal women. This is the way that GOD made and has blessed the womans body, but asks women to restrain themselves in public places, and use this excitable energy to either focus in praying, loving and desiring their true soulmate or if women really need to "let themselves go"- masturbate, then only in private and never in public amongst people .

We are aware that many "modern - thinking" people may criticise our comments for being intolerant, they may wish to continue to behave the way their desires want them to . However all spiritual teachers, even in our generation , such as Diana Cooper , Linda Goodman author of Astrology "STAR signs" , James Redfield and Carol Adrienne authors of CELESTINE prophecy books all agree that spiritually it is vitally necessary to behave sexually correct .

Spiritually, we needed to explain the damage done to the soul, once one has lowered the soul, especially if the woman has used her mouth to touch the man, then the man loses respect for the woman, he knows on his spiritual level that she is bringing him down .

The relationship, even if it is a destined soulmate can be ruined, by one act of sexual degradation . Disease ...the name itself means DIS.... EASE , a person is not at ease with themselves, their souls are not at peace and will never be a peace ... if it is diseased . 4. Correcting ones mistakes

For those people who may read this and wonder, "Is there no hope if one has behaved wrongly ?" the answer is simple .... Once a person recognises the error of their ways, repents from the wrong-doing and recognises the power of spiritual healing, through the recognition that the SOUL exists within a human being . Then by healing the soul and connecting with creative LIFE energy, one then revives ones soul with LIFE . This is learn from the Medrash on the Book of JONAH in the bible, where spiritually the town of NINEVAH was DEAD, and even though it was decreed for it to be destroyed, everyone repented and returned to GOD spiritually .

By reconnecting with the life energy of spirit , healing and revival is brought to the soul, which in turn revives the body . It has been seen in our generation that many cases of cancer, after therepy and a complete change of attitude to life, the person is healed and can have a purposeful creative loving life . ( I would suggest any books of the spiritual writer Louise L Hay, on healing with respect to cancer . She was diagnosed with cancer and healed herself naturally by healing her soul through constuctive loving thoughts and energy by herself, i have known many people whom have used her techniques to change their thoughts, attitude of life and been completely cured from cancer) .

The first step is to recognise that hatred, jealousy and negative emotions ONLY act to destroy and "to burn inside" the cells of the body and soul . The power to heal is to connect with LOVE emotions , the power of LOVE is the creative energy of GOD and SPIRIT in this world .

The Womens body is a sacred symbol of the "cycle of life"

The physical body of a woman is the symbol of creative life on earth . Together with the man, a womans body becomes the home of a growing baby / child during pregnancy . The marvelous miracle of creation of a new born life, takes place in the womans body . The loving life energy and spiritual energy growing attached and within the energy, soul and body of the woman herself .

Menstruation - Womens Period

The cycle of life on earth , birth and death , occurs monthly within a womens body . The potential to create life is a monthly potential . Once the opportunity is missed, then a form of "death" occurs, in the form bleeding . It is known throughout the world, that the just before the time of bleeding a woman becomes exceedingly sensitive and emotional . This is her soul sensing this level of "death" which is about to arrive . Depending on the attitude of mind of the woman , she will handle the period in much the same way as handling a "death" .

Therefore according to both Jewish tradition and sacred Kabbalistic knowledge and understanding . It is forbidden for men and women to have sexual relations whilst a woman is "bleeding" during the monthly menstural cycle , which normally lasts at least 5 days .

The reason is simple , a woman represents LIFE , the reason for sexual relations is to create LIFE , whilst the Menstruation - bleeding is occuring , this is symbolic of DEATH . Therefore LIFE and DEATH must be kept separated . It is a fact of life, that ALL marriage problems, arguments and break-downs in communication, occur during this sensitive period of Menstruation .

Therefore spiritually and common sense decency, it is so important that both men and women realise the "period" time must be treated with mutual respect for the cycle of life . This is the reason why all jewish spiritual laws and kabbalistic traditions require men and women to abstain from sexual relations during this "bleeding period" . This normally last 5 days, thereafter a jewish woman is require to wait for 7 clean days . Then immerse herself in a "Mikveh" - that is a small swimming pool of rainwater, before recommencing sexual love - relations with her husband . The quality of ones loving relationship, quality of ones life both physically and spiritually is enhanced when one keeps the sanctity and purity of abstainance of sexual relations during the period . According to Reb Chaim Vital , the famous kabbalist , it is also a blessing that ones children, especially the quality of the SOUL of ones children is so much more purer and blessed with an intrinsic purity, when the parents keep "family purity " . It is accepted that ones eye colour is a reflection of the quality and purity of ones soul , and influenced by the purity of sexual relationship of ones parents .

The Kalash People

Light coloured and clear eyes represent purity, especially light green . ( whilst dark coloured is the opposite) . By an amazing "divine" coincedence just today - a good friend has just given me an amazing DVD from the BBC by Michael Palin on "HIMALAYA" on programme 1 chapter 5, where he meets a tribe of 3500 people, called the Kalash people . Who keep family purity with exceptionally amazing etiquette .

Women who have given birth and women whom are menstruating, are separated into a special home - a type of hotel, where they can relax and rest during the period . Men are forbidden to enter this hotel - area . Only when they are "pure" again and have stopped bleeding , they return home to their families .

This explanation given on the BBC DVD to Michael Palin is that women are exceedingly drained, sensitive and fragile during this period, and therefore their bodies need a rest from the usual stresses of life . He also comments that ALL the people have exceptionally clear and beautifully light coloured green eyes . ( here is a link i found on the web of a photo , note the green eyes ) Having searched the web i found on an israeli website, a reference that the Kalash people maybe descendants of the tribe of Benjamin - Binyomin, whom like the remainder of the 10 lost tribes of ISRAEL, dissappeared after the destruction of the temple .

Certainly the fact that they keep family purity - Teharos Mispocha with such strictness, could imply their jewish origins . (On the BBC DVD, the leader comments that all they know of their origins is coming from "sion" - which could be ZION - ציוֹן , the biblical name of Israel) . So far as i know only jewish laws have the "family purity" separation law of abstainance of sexual relations during the bleeding "period" time .

Certainly the Kalash people in Chitral, far North Eastern corner of Pakistan are NOT muslem, believe in ONE GOD who created the world. They are remarkably & exceedingly specially spiritual for keeping the sanctity and purity of their physical body and spiritual soul . Which proves that the light coloured eyes is a reflection of purity of their soul and their parents family purity of sexual abstainance during the period .
