Learning to Say "Thank You"

Unblocking ones life by saying “Thank You GOD”

The continuous flow of life’s energy is dependant on the recognition and saying the simple words “THANK YOU”. By saying “thank you” for anything and everything that is in ones life, is a sign of appreciation to the "benefactor", that one has received the energy of life and wishes to continue the flow.

It is the best way to release any awkward situation and difficulties one has, by genuinely coming to the level of appreciation for everything in ones life and is in fact the ONLY way to show one is now ready to “move on” to the next stage of life. Conversely, the best way to stay attached to a situation, person or place is by complaining.

By giving thanks for every situation and seeing the good in everything, this will reflect spiritually within ones soul, to unblock ones life and open doors "magically" to life.

Going Around in “Circles” is a Punishment for Complaining

The concept that going around in circles in life is a punishment for complaining, as the rule if one doesn't stop complaining then life will give a person reasons to complain applies. Learning to break the cycle by STOP complaining, learning to appreciate life and give THANKS!

The Book of Reincarnation Sefer Gilgulim explains that all souls that have been reincarnated are here to learn the lesson to appreciate the goodness of life, and to overcome the urge of “COMPLAINING” against GOD for the life one has. The reason a person has the life one has, is in order to learn the lesson of appreciation, as it could always be far worse!

In Sefer Gilgulim, the Book of Reincarnation, these complaining souls are referred to as souls from the “wilderness דור המדבר ” - complainers מתעוֹננים , whom GOD punished by letting them wander around in circles in the wilderness for 40 years as a punishment for complaining. This is a lesson for everyone, the punishment of feeling stagnated and wandering around in circles in life, without really accomplishing anything, identifies to ones soul an urgent need to change - only one aspect of ones life :-

STOP COMPLAINING

This is the simple spiritual law for a successful & purposeful life of inner happiness & peace by simply “Stop complaining”. Learning to be grateful and happy for everything that happens in life is one of the most important lessons in life for spiritual progress.

God's abundant life giving energy is a flow - like a river. In the universal spirit law of flow of energy, energy MUST continue flowing, wherever there is a stagnation or blockage, inevitably means death.

One of the greatest gifts given to every living entity on this planet is the inherent feeling desire and emotion to want to give to others. When parents give love, help, support, food and clothing to their children they are overwhelmed by a sense of purpose in life. The more generous, kind and loving - the more energy and good fortune flows through and is attracted into ones life.

In exact proportion as you give thanks, joy and love - you will receive joy and sincere love, this is a spiritual law of reciprocity. Joy and true love increase in ones life as you give it, and diminishes as you try to keep it for the selfish self.

“In the way a person behaves to others, so the person is treated by others”, or as the famous saying “what goes around - comes around”, if you are kind and generous to others, then life will be kind and generous to you, if one cheats and deceives others then one will be deceived.

Learn to say “THANK YOU”

Say “Thank You” for anything and everything in your life. Just say the words “Thank you GOD” a hundred times now and see for yourself, that’s right open your mouth and say the words loudly “Thank you GOD”; as you hear yourself say the words “Thank you GOD” you will immediately feel much better, like it has opened up a magical door inside your head and don’t be surprised if something good happens very shortly!

These words have an affect on ones soul, and they do take away negative blockages from ones life. Just say the words “Thank you GOD” even if you don’t mean it, as soon you will find reasons that you really do mean it!

Once a person has broken the cycle of complaining and bad attitude of mind, learnt to appreciate and give thanks for even the smallest of thing in life, one will feel reborn. With this new attitude to life, one will find that there will be so many wonderful changes, which will make ones life feel purposeful with an inner spiritual glow of happiness and peace of mind.

“Footprints” by an Anonymous Author

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonging to him and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me."
The Lord replied, "My precious child, I Love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

Appreciating the Divine Help

Everyone has experienced difficulties and continues to face challenges everyday, however, once one adapts a spiritual attitude to life, learning to accept difficulties as tests of ones character, learning the lessons of ones circumstances and appreciating the gift of life, then anything else that is beyond a persons abilities to solve one can always ask in prayer from GOD and ones Guardian Angels to help.

A Candle - the Spiritual Light of Hope

Whenever one needs to feel the energy of the eternal Divine spiritual world, simply light a candle a pray, ask GOD to make a way where there seems to be no way and always remember to thank GOD and ones Guardian Angles for everything that has happened each and every day. Then miracle shall follow miracle and wonders shall never cease, Amen.

"The way to have prayers answered"

If you wish to have our prayers answered then we should spend our time in prayer THANKING GOD for the gift of life, thanking GOD for everything that has happened in our lives, then all our prayers will be answered as understood from the following story:-

I dreamt that I went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels. My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is the Receiving Section. Here, all petitions to GOD said in prayer are received."

I looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all over the world. Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the second section.

The angel then said to me, "This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them."

I noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we stopped at the door of a very small station. To my great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. "This is the Acknowledgment Section," my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed. "How is it that? There's no work going on here?" I asked.

"So sad," the angel sighed. "After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments; however everyone who sends in a "THANK YOU" their name is signed in a special book that gets them priority treatment next time they pray and ask GOD for help".

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace!

Where there is hatred, let me bring love;
Where there is injury, let me bring forgiveness;
Where there is discord, let me bring harmony;
Where there is falsehood, let me bring truth;

Where there is doubt, let me bring faith;
Where there is despair, let me bring hope;
Where there is darkness, let me bring light;
Where there is sadness, let me bring joy.

LORD, grant that I may not seek so much
To be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love.

Because it is in giving that we receive,
It is in forgetting ourselves that we find others,
It is in forgiving that we are forgiven,
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

A Candle - the Spiritual Light of Hope

From my own experiences i can assure everyone who embarks on a spiritual pathway of a change in ones life, that the journey of change takes time and is sometimes a little uncomfortable especially the part of discarding the rubbish and letting go of the past; but the key is to learn to trust in the DIVINE guidance, have faith in GOD and ENJOY THE JOURNEY then you will arrive at the amazing destination of peace, love and true inner spiritual enlightenment !
